About Sarah

I am a Functional Nutritionist and Health Coach - I help everyday athletes find a sustainable approach to food and fitness, while helping to celebrate their bodies.

I came into this role as I battled with my own health issues that arose as a result of high intensity competitive sport coupled with years of under-eating. I struggled with balancing performance goals while navigating the pressures of having to look a certain way as dictated by social media and pop culture.

In order to heal my body I had to make both physical and mental changes; training less was one thing, but I also had to dismiss the diet culture that was being fed to me online and honor my body as an entity that is far more intelligent than my conscious mind.

I preach bioindividuality - finding what works for YOU and looking inwards, rather than at what everyone else is doing - because by doing so, we are able to respect our bodies and work WITH them rather than against them. My goal is to help people change their perspective on what "optimal health" should "look" like and find what it really means for them.
