WISE HK

Women in Sports Empowered HK (“WISE HK”) champions sports for women and girls in Hong Kong. They encourage women and girls to participate in and stay playing sports by promoting the benefits of sports. They use sports to empower women and girls to lead active, meaningful and self-fulfilled lives.

F*CK(ED)

F*ck Eating Disorders a.k.a., F*CK(ED), is a platform dedicated to showcasing the rise in eating disorders amongst the youth and young adult population while promoting anti-diet culture + body positive imagery.

 

Peace of Mind

Peace of Mind is a youth-centered mental health awareness group based at Chinese International School. Their mission is to encourage more conversations about wellbeing and provide a platform where students can gain a greater understanding of mental health.

Aama Ko Koseli

Aama Ko Koseli (Mother's Token of Love) is a non-profit organisation that caters to marginalised women of colour in Hong Kong and focuses on gender issues through the lens of intersectional feminism.

Sports Health Institute

The Sports Health Institute is devoted to meeting the increased demands for academic guidance, life-skills training, and mental health awareness for student-athletes worldwide. As a virtual-learning resource, they provide innovative classes that are designed for college athletes.

 

FallinStars

FallinStars supports mental health initiatives and resources in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Our mission and values include to empower young people through education, well-being, athletics, music and the arts, bringing hope through a creative response to mental health. We must all “Respect Mental Health” as it needs to be normalized, so discussions and recovery can take place.
